This vintage   is a cute little girl with blonde pigtails wearing a blue dress and holding an orange ice cream cone in one hand. Her arms and legs are poseable, but she cannot sit due to her dress. She has blue eyes.

Her hair is made of molded plastic, but she has fabric ribbons tied to her pigtails. The ribbons are very frayed and have come untied.

Her dress has light green details and has the Cabbage Patch Kids logo near the waist. There are little white bloomers sticking out from under her skirt and her shoes are light green.

The figurine has lots of scuffs and paint rubs, as shown in the pictures. 

The back of her neck is marked "1984 O.A.A."
